WikiLeaks Notes

What WikiLeaks Revealed to the World in 2010

“WikiLeaks has exposed the breadth of corruption, deceit, brutality, and criminality on the part of the world’s most powerful factions.”

Bradley Manning’s purported tortured.

“A consensus quickly emerged in the political and media class that they are Evil Villains who must be severely punished, while those responsible for the acts they revealed are guilty of nothing.”

No evidence that WikiLeaks’ leaks have caused any deaths in the world. American media continues to report the contradictory, stating “Owellian platitudes” that the leaks are nothing new, and that the leaks are a great harm to American National Security.

It’s interesting that the people being exposed for their crimes are calling the people that exposed them the real criminals.

American soldiers laugh as helicopter strikes kill almost a dozen civilians in Baghdad.

The soldiers laugh and joke about the incident on radio as if they were playing a video game.

Clinton ordered American diplomats to spy on U.N. officials

Clinton ordered US Diplomats to gather “credit card numbers, frequent flier numbers, and biometric information on U.N. Security permanent reps, undersecretaries, heads of specialized agencies and their chief advisors, top secretary general aides, heads of peace operations, and political field missions.”

This move could breach the 1946 UN convention on privileges and immunities which states that the ‘premises of the United Nations shall be inviolable,’ and may even lead to calls for Ms. Clinton’s resignation.

Wikileaks has effected many areas of politics. For instance Sarah Palin's email was hacked and several of her emails were posted online on the wikileaks website. This in turn, motivated Sarah Palin to take a stand and discriminate against wikileaks, Sarah Palin asks ""Why was he not pursued with the same urgency we pursue al Qaeda and Taliban leaders?"

So far, no legal action from the White House has been iniciated against the wikileaks website.

Though Wikileaks may be a controversial issue, it can benefit voters by giving them more information about politicians.

Sarah Palins emails can be found on the Wikileaks website here:
